I majored in Biology Education and taught high school science for 8 years before taking a break from teaching to be home with my children. I loved teaching and miss it in many ways, but this part of my life is sweet as well. I enjoy spending time with my friends, being involved with my church, snuggling with my kids and taking them places, reading, singing, decorating, trying on clothes, writing notes and letters, taking pictures, baking and procrastinating on things I should be getting done to do the aforementioned things. I started a blog as yet another way to procrastinate on the things I should be doing. . .like folding the laundry and cleaning the kitchen. Ah, it all gets done, right?
About Jen
I am married to my sweetheart, Paul and I have four (yes, four) boys. We live in Indiana and love being close to both of our extended families. I have a great mom and dad who live just a few houses away from us, and an amazing sister who started her own non-profit at age 20 and runs her own orphanage and ministry for the disabled in Uganda. My husband is from a family of 10 kids, so it's never dull when we all get together!
